Hellström advises Alumni Capital on financing arrangement with cleantech company Enviro

Hellström Advokatbyrå has acted as legal adviser to the investment fund Alumni Capital in connection with an equity-linked financing arrangement entered into with Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (publ), a cleantech company active in tyre recycling. The financing arrangement comprises an equity line structure of up to SEK 50 million. Through the investment agreement, Enviro is provided with access to capital from an investor with financial strength and capacity to support the company during its ongoing corporate restructuring.
